Sanjay Ranchhoddas
PRINCIPAL
Sanjay has had a 20 year career, most of which spent in Financial services working for Hedge Funds, single and multi family offices, and equity brokers. A successful Investment manager with a record of value creation and client trust, advising on client portfolios (Equities, Bonds, Property, Business strategy), with an equity and derivative specialty.
Sanjay is currently involved with in a number of companies covering financial services, property lending and investment, and technology arena.

Justin Jenk
PRINCIPAL
Justin’s 40 year global business career spans across 6 continents (Americas, Greater Europe, Asia), a broad spectrum of sectors with a focus on strategy, growth, M&A and restructurings.
Throughout his career, Justin has been engaged with creating value for organisations, stakeholders and investors.
He has addressed the evergreen challenge as to ‘how to make a fair return’; working with owners, principals, investors, as well as financial institutions. A property angle is common aspect. The evergreen themes include: finance, funding, capital raising, investments as well as project management.
Justin developed and led the successful Swedbank Rescue in the Baltics 2009-2011 During this period he was responsible for restructuring and managing over 50% of the total distressed property loans (residential, commercial, industrial) in the region (USD 5 billion, 400 exposures)
Justin holds 2 degrees: MBA (Harvard); BA Hons (Oxford).

PRINCIPAL
Ricky has amassed over 18 years of experience in the UK and European property market, built through a successful career with large corporate entities. His holistic approach and ability to step into the customer’s world, adds real value in driving their strategic agenda. Ricky spent 6 years of his career working in Europe which further enhanced his skills, knowledge and experience.

Andrew Henderson
SALES DIRECTOR
Andrew is a seasoned sales professional with a career stretching over 40 years.
For the first 20 years he worked in automotive retailing working with brands such as Jaguar, Land Rover and BMW. He has also managed in residential estate agents, business development in construction, construction recruitment and car park management.
Awarded in 2021 for outstanding customer services by his clients he is passionate about building relationships with clients built on trust and integrity.
